Participants should register for the meeting in advance using the Registration Form.
Online registration does not ensure individuals will be entitled to attend a SPRFMO meeting. As per the Rules of Procedure (Regulation 2), delegations should provide a Letter of Credentials with the delegation members that will represent it at the meeting. A template Letter of Credentials is provided here for guidance, which should be completed and sent to the Secretariat as far in advance of the meeting as possible. Please note that, as per the Rules of Procedure, the COMM10 will be open to accredited delegates only.
For assistance and meeting related enquiries please contact Coordination and Communications Officer, Ms Susana Delgado, on email@example.com.
The SPRFMO Annual Meeting will be heald virtually from 18 to 28 January 2022 (NZDT). The working platform will be Microsoft Teams. All meeting material, i.e., meeting papers, working papers and presentations, will be made available in Microsoft Teams. Only delegates included in the Credentials Letters of their delegation will be granted access to the platform, as per Rule 2.1 of the Rules of Procedure.
We encourage you to read the Remote Meeting Guidelines (under development).
Official SC communication (invitations, meeting links, reminders, reports) is circulated only to official contacts provided to the Secretariat as per Rule 2.2 of the SPRFMO Rules of Procedure.
A COMM10 Microsoft Teams access tutorial is under development and will be available for download.
For technical assistance, please contact IT manager, Mr John Cheva, on firstname.lastname@example.org.
All meetings will be conducted in English. No interpretation service will be provided.
