Observer Programme Implementation Reports

CMM 16 requires the Secretariat to prepare a report on the implementation of the SPRFMO Observer Programme for presentation at the annual meeting of the CTC, using information from annual reports, observer data, and all other suitably documented and relevant information in its possession. It will also include as an annex, the Final Evaluation Report of any Observer Programmes seeking accreditation in that year.
