The following is basic information for delegates to prepare their trip to Shanghai. More detailed information can be found in this document provided by China.

VENUE

The meeting (20-28 September) will be held in Shanghai, China, at the Fuxuan Hotel.

VISA

For those delegates applying for a visa, please note that hotel booking confirmation with the hotel stamp is one of the documents required in the process.

REGISTRATION

Registration to attend the 5th SC meeting is now open.

All meetings will be conducted in English.

Accommodation is available at the Fuxuan Hotel. Rooms can be booked by filling out these three forms (Reservation Information Form - Reservation Confirmation Form - Personal Information Form) and emailing them to Dr. Fang Zhou ([email protected]) before 31 July 2017:

WELCOME FUNCTION

A welcome function has been generously organised by the host. The event will take place at Jounsan Buffet Restaurant (Level B1, Oriental Blue Ocean Plaza, 1800 Huangxing Rd, Wujiaochang, Shanghai), at 18:30 hrs. on Saturday 23 September. The host has also arranged free transportation for the delegates from Fuxuan hotel to the restaurant on that day.
