VMS - Call for Proposals

SPRFMO is inviting proposals for a Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) solution that will enable the SPRFMO Secretariat to receive, administer and store VMS reports. The proposals should include a detailed description of the technical capabilities of the system and its user interface as well as cost estimates broken down by component.

The deadline for proposals was 5 pm NZST 29 April 2016. Proposals from interested tenderers were to be received by via email to [email protected] no later than this deadline.
