In keeping with past practice, this registration system is supplemented by the deposit with the Secretariat of a formal communication from the relevant authorities in respect of each delegation, before the start of the meeting; said communication should list the official members of the delegation, with an indication of their role as Designated Representative (HoD), Alternate Representative, Advisor, or Expert, as well as confirming their ability to represent the concerned State, entity or organisation, in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the SPRFMO Rules of Procedure.
