VENUE
The meeting will be held in the Centro de Eventos Valle del Pacific in Cali, Colombia from 24 to 28 January 2011.
Daily return transport will be provided from the two recommended hotels below (see Accommodation section below) to the meeting venue.
REGISTRATION
Participants should register for the meeting in advance using the on-line Registration Form.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Airport transfers will be available to all participants on Saturday 22 January and Sunday 23 January between 0630h - 2300h.
There will be local personnel stationed at the airport to meet and assist participants to their transportation/hotels.
Please look out for these personnel upon your arrival.
Return airport transfers have also been arranged for Friday 28 January for the convenience of those participants planning to fly home on Friday evening.
Details of the timing of these transfers will be provided before the close of the Preparatory Conference.

Daily return transport will be provided from these two hotels to the meeting venue.
