CMM 01 Trachurus murphyi

CMM 01 (Trachurus murphyi) applies to fisheries for Trachurus murphyi (jack mackerel) undertaken by vessels flagged to Members and Cooperating Non-Contracting Parties (CNCPs) included on the Commission Record of Vessels in the Convention Area and, in accordance with Article 20 of the Convention and with the express consent of Chile and Ecuador, to fisheries for Trachurus murphyi undertaken by Chile and Ecuador in areas under their national jurisdiction:

• CMM 01-2025 (Trachurus murphyi) 
• Vessels actively fishing or engaged in transhipment activities for Trachurus murphyi
• Vessels authorised to fish for Trachurus murphyi
• Transfers of jack mackerel catch entitlements
• Express Consents under Article 20 of the Convention
• Trachurus murphyi Implementation Report
• Superseded versions of CMM 01
